党的十八届四中全会通过的《中共中央关于全面推进依法治国若干重大问题的决定》（以下简称《决定》），首次以党的重要文件提出“法律的权威源自人民的内心拥护和真诚信仰”的论断，对于中国法治国家的建设具有重大意义和作用。《决定》确立了“法治信仰论”，终结了“人治信仰观”，以法治信仰观作为贯穿始终的主线，必将有力促进国家的法治进程，也将在意识形态和思想领域产生深刻影响。推进法治国家应该尊重和保障信仰的多层化，树立法治信仰将从根本上全面提升国民法治素养，为中国法治化提供基础保障，从而确立“法治信仰”的根本和基础地位。
黨的十八屆四中全會通過的《中共中央關于全麵推進依法治國若榦重大問題的決定》（以下簡稱《決定》），首次以黨的重要文件提齣“法律的權威源自人民的內心擁護和真誠信仰”的論斷，對于中國法治國傢的建設具有重大意義和作用。《決定》確立瞭“法治信仰論”，終結瞭“人治信仰觀”，以法治信仰觀作為貫穿始終的主線，必將有力促進國傢的法治進程，也將在意識形態和思想領域產生深刻影響。推進法治國傢應該尊重和保障信仰的多層化，樹立法治信仰將從根本上全麵提升國民法治素養，為中國法治化提供基礎保障，從而確立“法治信仰”的根本和基礎地位。
