目的：探讨全口义齿修复的临床效果。方法选取我院在2012年2月到2014年9月收治的65例全口义齿修复患者，对所有患者均应用全口义齿方法进行修复治疗，评估患者的治疗效果及前后的口腔评分。结果65例患者中，修复成功53例，基本修复9例，失败3例，修复率为95.38％，患者的治疗效果显著，而且治疗前后的口腔评分差异显著，有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论全口义齿修复治疗的效果显著，而且能够大大提升患者的口腔评分，保证其口腔健康，此种治疗方法值得在临床上推广应用。
목적：탐토전구의치수복적림상효과。방법선취아원재2012년2월도2014년9월수치적65례전구의치수복환자，대소유환자균응용전구의치방법진행수복치료，평고환자적치료효과급전후적구강평분。결과65례환자중，수복성공53례，기본수복9례，실패3례，수복솔위95.38％，환자적치료효과현저，이차치료전후적구강평분차이현저，유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론전구의치수복치료적효과현저，이차능구대대제승환자적구강평분，보증기구강건강，차충치료방법치득재림상상추엄응용。
Objective Clinical effect of complete denture repair is to be studied.MethodsChoose 65 patients who are treated in hospital from February 2012 to September 2014 and have them treated with complete denture repair treatment, and then evaluate patients’ treatment effect and dental assessment scores before and after treatment.Results Of al 65 cases, there are 53 cases of success, 9 cases of basic repair, and 3 cases of failure, the repair rate is up to 95.38%, the repair treatment is quite efficiency; there is a differential of dental assessment scores before and after treatment and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05).ConclusionComplete denture repair is quite efficiency; it is conducive to improving dental assessment scores and ensuring patients’ dental health, thus, such a treatment method is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinicaly.
