目的：对本院20例阑尾炎切除手术进行分析，了解手术治疗效果。方法对手术及术后患者治疗情况进行充分观察，分析影响治疗效果的因素。结果20例实施阑尾切除手术的患者，手术均取得成功。结论手术治疗阑尾炎时，采用针对性的治疗方法有助于提高手术效果。

목적：대본원20례란미염절제수술진행분석，료해수술치료효과。방법대수술급술후환자치료정황진행충분관찰，분석영향치료효과적인소。결과20례실시란미절제수술적환자，수술균취득성공。결론수술치료란미염시，채용침대성적치료방법유조우제고수술효과。
Objective To our hospital 20 cases of appendicitis operation analysis, understand the operation curative effect.MethodsOf operation and postoperative treatment in patients with adequate observation, analysis of the factors influencing the treatment effect.Results 20 cases of patients with the implementation of appendectomy operation, operation success.Conclusion The treatment of appendicitis operation, using targeted therapy is helpful to improve the operation effect.
