目的：探讨咽旁间隙肿瘤的手术入路。方法：对2013-01—2013-07经手术的10例咽旁间隙肿瘤患者的手术入路进行分析。结果：经口内入路、经颈侧入路、颈-腮腺联合入路、经颈-下颌骨裂开入路被用于切除肿物，全部获得成功；经口内入路术中和术后并发症少，术后无面颈部皮肤切口瘢痕形成。选择入路时主要考虑肿瘤的位置、大小以及组织病理分型。结论：咽旁间隙肿瘤切除，术前借助CT和MRI成像技术对肿瘤进行分析，多种入路均可有效切除肿瘤，经口内入路无皮肤切口瘢痕，美容效果较好。
목적：탐토인방간극종류적수술입로。방법：대2013-01—2013-07경수술적10례인방간극종류환자적수술입로진행분석。결과：경구내입로、경경측입로、경-시선연합입로、경경-하합골렬개입로피용우절제종물，전부획득성공；경구내입로술중화술후병발증소，술후무면경부피부절구반흔형성。선택입로시주요고필종류적위치、대소이급조직병리분형。결론：인방간극종류절제，술전차조CT화MRI성상기술대종류진행분석，다충입로균가유효절제종류，경구내입로무피부절구반흔，미용효과교호。
Objective:To discuss the appropriate surgical approach on the treatment of parapharyngeal space (PPS) neo-plasms. Methods:From January 2013 to July 2013, 10 PPS tumors were retrospectively reviewed. The transoral approach, transcervical approach, transcervical combined with transparotid approach, and transcervical combined with trans mandibular approaches to PPS neoplasms were practiced. Results: All tumors were resected completely without any tech-nical difficulty. Transoral incision healed quickly without any complications. The main considerations for the option of sur-gical approaches were tumor location, tumor size, and pathology of tumors. Conclusions:Transoral approach achieves bet-ter cosmetic results.
