目的：探讨强化肌力训练对痉挛型脑瘫患儿的临床价值。方法对我院收治的100例痉挛型脑瘫患儿均展开强化肌力训练，对其治疗效果进行分析。结果治疗后，患儿的肌力和大运动功能测试量表各区评分均高于治疗前（P<0.05）。结论对痉挛型脑瘫患儿实施强化肌力训练，能够有效增强患儿康复效果，且不会给肌张力造成影响，值得推广。
目的：探討彊化肌力訓練對痙攣型腦癱患兒的臨床價值。方法對我院收治的100例痙攣型腦癱患兒均展開彊化肌力訓練，對其治療效果進行分析。結果治療後，患兒的肌力和大運動功能測試量錶各區評分均高于治療前（P<0.05）。結論對痙攣型腦癱患兒實施彊化肌力訓練，能夠有效增彊患兒康複效果，且不會給肌張力造成影響，值得推廣。
목적：탐토강화기력훈련대경련형뇌탄환인적림상개치。방법대아원수치적100례경련형뇌탄환인균전개강화기력훈련，대기치료효과진행분석。결과치료후，환인적기력화대운동공능측시량표각구평분균고우치료전（P<0.05）。결론대경련형뇌탄환인실시강화기력훈련，능구유효증강환인강복효과，차불회급기장력조성영향，치득추엄。
Objective To investigate the enhancement the clinical value of muscle strength training on children with spastic cerebral palsy.Methods In our hospital 100 cases of children with spastic cerebral palsy were launched to strengthen the strength training, to analyze the therapeutic effect.Results After treatment, patients with muscle strength and motor function measure the score were higher than before the treatment (P< 0.05).Conclusion To strengthen the muscle strength training on children with spastic cerebral palsy, can effectively enhance the effect of rehabilitation of children, and not to the muscle tension effect, worthy of promotion.
