目的：探讨第四、五掌骨骨折36例临床分析。方法选择该时间段内所收治的第四、第五掌骨骨折患者共计36例作为研究对象，20例患者为第四掌骨骨折，16例患者为第五掌骨骨折，均使用单根通用克氏髓内针闭合复位内固定方法进行治疗。结果36例患者单根通用克氏髓内针闭合复位治疗，共32例患者达到有效以上标准，总有效率为88.89％（32/36）。结论单根通用克氏髓内针闭合复位内固定治疗第四、第五掌骨骨折有确切的临床效果，可作为基础手术方案，进一步推广应用。
목적：탐토제사、오장골골절36례림상분석。방법선택해시간단내소수치적제사、제오장골골절환자공계36례작위연구대상，20례환자위제사장골골절，16례환자위제오장골골절，균사용단근통용극씨수내침폐합복위내고정방법진행치료。결과36례환자단근통용극씨수내침폐합복위치료，공32례환자체도유효이상표준，총유효솔위88.89％（32/36）。결론단근통용극씨수내침폐합복위내고정치료제사、제오장골골절유학절적림상효과，가작위기출수술방안，진일보추엄응용。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical analysis of 36 cases of fourth, five metacarpal fracture.Methods From the time period of the fourth metacarpal fracture, fifth patients with a total of 36 cases as the research object, 20 patients with fracture of the fourth metacarpal, 16 patients with fracture of the fifth metacarpal, all using a single general grams of closed reduction and intramedullary nail fixation method's treatment. Results 36 cases of patients with single common grams of closed reduction and intramedullary nail in the treatment of Alzheimer's, a total of 32 patients were effectively the above criteria, the total effective rate was 88.89% (32/36).Conclusion A single universal grams of closed reduction and intramedullary nail fixation for the treatment of 'fourth, fifth metacarpal fracture has the exact clinical effect, can be used as the basis for further application of operation.
