煤层气是一种高效清洁能源,目前我国正在加大煤层气开发力度。目前,提高煤层气单井产量主要的技术手段是采用水平井钻井技术及能够减少地层伤害、提高钻速的欠平衡钻井工艺技术。设计开发了一套针对目前我国煤层气钻井现场实际情况的钻井综合参数监测系统。系统为定录一体化功能设计,能适应目前煤层气钻井的水平井、丛式井和远端对接井的钻井模式。简化和优化综合录井中复杂的传感器配套和采集系统配套降低了煤层气开发成本,有利于该系统在煤层气钻井现场大规模推广使用。

The coalbed methane (CBM), as one of the high effective and clean energy resources, is widely developing in our country. At present, in order to enhance the single well production yield, the main technical means is using horizontal well drilling technology and the underbalanced drilling technology that may reduce formation damage and increase drilling speed. In accordance with such practical situation in our well drilling field, the comprehensive monitoring system of the drilling parameters has been developed. The integrated functional design is suitable for current drilling modes of CBM, including horizontal wells, cluster wells, and distal docking wells. Simplifying and optimizing the comprehensive and complicated supporting of logging sensors and acquisition system reduces the development costs of CBM, it is conducive for large scale promoting this system in applications of CBM drilling field.
