目的：探讨心理危机干预对抑郁症患者自杀行为的影响。方法选取我院2009年3月～2013年2月收治136例抑郁症患者，随机两组：对照组和观察组，每组68例。两组患者均给予常规抗抑郁药物治疗，并给予常规护理措施。观察组在以上基础上给予心理危机干预，两组患者治疗周期约为8周，观察疗效。结果干预后，观察组的自杀意念强度和自杀危险性低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。而且，观察组干预后自杀强度和自杀危险性明显低于干预前，干预前后比较差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论心理干预可影响抑郁症患者的自杀意念。
목적：탐토심리위궤간예대억욱증환자자살행위적영향。방법선취아원2009년3월～2013년2월수치136례억욱증환자，수궤량조：대조조화관찰조，매조68례。량조환자균급여상규항억욱약물치료，병급여상규호리조시。관찰조재이상기출상급여심리위궤간예，량조환자치료주기약위8주，관찰료효。결과간예후，관찰조적자살의념강도화자살위험성저우대조조，량조비교차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）。이차，관찰조간예후자살강도화자살위험성명현저우간예전，간예전후비교차이유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론심리간예가영향억욱증환자적자살의념。
Objective To investigate the psychological crisis intervention on suicidal behavior in patients with depression.MethodsOur hospital in March 2009~February 2013 were treated 136 cases of depression were randomized into two groups: the control group and the observation group, 68 cases in each group. Al patients were treated with conventional antidepressant medication, and given routine care measures. In the above observation group on the basis of psychological crisis intervention, treatment period of about eight weeks, were observed.ResultsAfter the intervention, the intensity of suicidal ideation and suicide observation group than the control group risk, the difference was statisticaly significant (P < 0.05).Moreover,the intensity of the observation group after the intervention of suicide and suicide risk was significantly lower than before the intervention, before and after the intervention was statisticaly significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention can affect patients with depression suicidal ideation.
