随着生物医学工程技术、医学技术的不断发展，各种各样的新技术、新材料等不断涌现，这为疾病的治疗提供了更多的治疗方法和技术，促进治疗效果不断得到提高。但新技术、新材料等的应用也同时给经济、环境带来了新的影响。本文主要对一次性医用耗材在使用过程中引发的能源消耗、医疗废物、患者经济负担等问题进行探析，呼吁重新对一次性医用耗材的经济及环境影响进行科学评估，并加强采取有效措施对一次性医用耗材进行科学有效的管理。
