以侧含氢硅油(PHMS)、烯丙基环氧基聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚(APEE)和三乙醇胺为原料，合成了季铵化改性聚醚聚硅氧烷柔软剂(QPESO)，用红外光谱(IR)对产物结构进行了表征。用非离子表面活性剂异构醇聚氧乙烯醚(XL)将其乳化，制得外观半透明的QPESO乳液，并考察了QPESO乳液在棉织物上的应用性能。结果表明：经该产品整理后的棉织物具有良好的亲水性和柔软性，白度基本保持不变。

Quaternary ammonium modified polyether polysiloxane (QPESO) was prepared using side-chain hydrogen-containing polysiloxane, polyalkylene glycol al yl glycidyl ether (APEE) and triethanolamine as materi?als. Chemical structure of QPESO was characterized by IR. Then, QPESO was emulsified with nonionic surfac?tant isomeric alcohol ethoxylates (XL) in order to achieve a translucent QPESO microemulsion, and the applica?tion performance of QPESO emulsion in cotton fabric was investigated. The cotton fabric treated with QPESO emulsion acquired favorable hydrophilicity and softness, and the whiteness remained the same.
