研究了4种双氧水活化剂在酶氧一浴前处理中的应用效果,结果表明:采用TAED效果较好.酶氧一浴可以降低碱的用量,减轻污水处理的负担.其应用工艺为:坯布浸轧第1工作液(二浸二轧,轧余率90%~100%,工作液温度50~55℃)→打卷堆置(50℃,12 h)→浸轧第2工作液(二浸二轧,轧余率90%~100%,工作液温度40℃)→汽蒸(80℃,10 min)→水洗→烘干.第1工作液:KDN精练酶2 g/L,低温精练渗透剂GR-0110 g/L,双氧水36 mL/L,活化剂18 g/L,pH=8.第2工作液:低温精练渗透剂GR-0110 g/L,双氧水44 mL/L,活化剂22 g/L,pH=8~9.

The application effect of four hydrogen peroxide activators in enzyme one bath pretreatment was investigated. The results showed that the effect of TAED was good. Enzyme peroxide one bath could re?duce the alkali dosage and reduce the burden on sewage treatment. The application process was as fol ows:grey fabric padding the first working fluid (two-dip-two-nip, padding rate 90%~100%, the working fluid tem?perature 50~55 ℃)→curled batching (50 ℃,12 h)→padding the second working fluid (two-dip-two-nip, pad?ding rate 90%~100%, the working fluid temperature 40 ℃)→steaming (80 ℃,10 min)→washing→drying. The first working fluid: KDN scouring enzyme 2 g/L, low temperature scouring penetrant GR-01 10 g/L, hydrogen peroxide solution 36 mL/L, activator 18 g/L, pH=8. The second working fluid: low temperature scouring pene?trant GR-01 10 g/L, hydrogen peroxide solution 44 mL/L, activator 22 g/L, pH=8~9.
