社会的和谐与稳定发展，医院与患者之间的关系是值得重点关注的。中国的社会正向服务性转型，医院作为非盈利的公益性单位，向社会提供健康服务，已经不再拘泥于医疗、救治，还要履行社会健康服务的责任。随着中国医疗事业改革的不断深入，医院作为重要的组成部分，本着“为人民服务”的宗旨，就要深化政治思想工作，激励医务人员能够根据患者的差异性从多方面、多层次、多角度满足患者需要。医院开展思想政治工作可以引导医务人员对医院与患者之间的关系有所深入理解，明确两者之间已经不再是简单的治疗和被治疗的关系，而是相互信任、相互配合的关系。医务人员实施治疗工作中，会将医患关系建立在相互尊重，充分理解的基础上，不仅有助于医务人员具有针对性地实施治疗活动，而且还能够争取到患者的配合。本论文针对和谐医患关系与医院政治思想工作的相关性进行研究。

사회적화해여은정발전，의원여환자지간적관계시치득중점관주적。중국적사회정향복무성전형，의원작위비영리적공익성단위，향사회제공건강복무，이경불재구니우의료、구치，환요리행사회건강복무적책임。수착중국의료사업개혁적불단심입，의원작위중요적조성부분，본착“위인민복무”적종지，취요심화정치사상공작，격려의무인원능구근거환자적차이성종다방면、다층차、다각도만족환자수요。의원개전사상정치공작가이인도의무인원대의원여환자지간적관계유소심입리해，명학량자지간이경불재시간단적치료화피치료적관계，이시상호신임、상호배합적관계。의무인원실시치료공작중，회장의환관계건립재상호존중，충분리해적기출상，불부유조우의무인원구유침대성지실시치료활동，이차환능구쟁취도환자적배합。본논문침대화해의환관계여의원정치사상공작적상관성진행연구。
The development of social harmony and stability,the relationship between the hospital and the patient is worth focusing on.China's social transition forward service, non-profit hospitals as a public service units,to provide health services to the community,no longer rigidly adhere to medical treatment,but also to fulfil the responsibility for social health services.With the deepening of China's medical care reform,the hospital is an important part of the spirit of "serving the people," the purpose,it is necessary to deepen the political and ideological work,encourage medical personnel to the differences according to the patient from a multifaceted, multi-level,multi-angle to meet patient needs.Hospitals to carry out ideological and political work can guide the medical staff and patients on the relationship between hospital has a deep understanding, clearly no longer a simple treatment and relationship between the two being treated,but the mutual trust and mutual cooperation relations.Medical personnel working in the implementation of the treatment,the doctor-patient relationship wil be based on mutual respect, on the basis of ful understanding,not only with the help of medical staff with the implementation of targeted therapeutic activity, but also able to secure the patient. This paper studies on the correlation between harmonious hospital patient relationship and the political and ideological work.
