目的：探讨烤瓷牙修复的常见并发症及对策。方法选取我院在2012年4月到2014年1月收治的67例（130颗牙）烤瓷牙修复患者作为研究对象，回顾分析所有患者进行烤瓷牙修复过程中出现的并发症，并制定相应的对策。结果在实施烤瓷牙修复后，对患者进行1～2年的随访，结果显示，7例患者出现并发症，发生率为10.45％，通过采取针对治疗措施，患者的牙体修复效果显著。结论烤瓷牙修复后，患者容易出现并发症，由此影响其正常生活，对此及时根据患者的并发症情况采取治疗对策，对于患者具有重要意义。
목적：탐토고자아수복적상견병발증급대책。방법선취아원재2012년4월도2014년1월수치적67례（130과아）고자아수복환자작위연구대상，회고분석소유환자진행고자아수복과정중출현적병발증，병제정상응적대책。결과재실시고자아수복후，대환자진행1～2년적수방，결과현시，7례환자출현병발증，발생솔위10.45％，통과채취침대치료조시，환자적아체수복효과현저。결론고자아수복후，환자용역출현병발증，유차영향기정상생활，대차급시근거환자적병발증정황채취치료대책，대우환자구유중요의의。
Objective Common complications and countermeasures for porcelain dental restoration are to be studied.MethodsReview and analyze common complications resulted from 67 patients ( 130 teeth) underwent porcelain dental restoration who are received and treated in hospital from April 2012 to January 2014 in order to make out countermeasures to deal with the problems. Results Conduct a folow-up observation lasting for 1 to 2 years for patients who underwent porcelain dental restoration, the result shows that there are 7 cases of complications and complication incidence is 10.45%, while patients’ dental restoration is quite efficiency with application of targeted countermeasures.Conclusion Patients are easy to suffer from complications after porcelain dental restoration, which exerts negative influence on patients’ daily life; thus, it is suggested to put forward countermeasures in accordance with patients’ complications, which is of importance for patients.
