为了比较不同花生品种对高温胁迫的耐性机制,以高温敏感性花生品种冀花4和抗性品种豫花9719为供试材料,在苗期进行45℃的高温处理16d,测定了生物量、光合作用及活性氧簇(Reac-tive oxygen species,ROS)代谢相关指标。结果表明,与对照相比,(1)高温处理后两品种株高和干重均降低,豫花9719和冀花4株高分别降低37.95%和37.04%;冀花4的干重降低21.17%,豫花9719的干重不变。(2)冀花4的 Fv /Fm 降低1.71%,但豫花9719未受影响;高温处理使豫花9719叶片含水量及叶绿素 a 的含量分别增加0.78%和33.89%,两品种叶片类胡萝卜素含量分别降低11.14%和13.06%,可溶性蛋白含量分别增加54.04%和70.25%。(3)高温处理后,豫花9719和冀花4叶片 MDA 含量分别增加39.30%和36.30%,SOD 活性分别增加28.82%和30.84%,但CAT 活性不变;豫花9719叶片中游离脯氨酸含量增加811.23%。由此得出结论,抗性品种豫花9719叶片中渗透调解物质游离脯氨酸含量的增加,有效维持了叶片组织内含水量,减轻了高温胁迫对 PSII 的伤害,可能是其抵御高温胁迫的有利生理反应。

To study the toleration of different peanut cultivars to high temperature stress, Yu-hua971 9 (sensitive to high temperature) and Jihua4 (tolerant to high temperature) were used as trial material.After the treatment of 45℃ for 1 6 days in seedling stage, the metabolism related indicators such as biomass, photosynthesis and reactive oxygen species (ROS) were measured.The results showed that: (1) By comparing with control group, high temperature treatment made the plant height and dry weight of both cultivars decreased, the plant height of Yuhua9719 and Jihua4 reduced by 37.95%and 37.04%, the dry weight of Jihua4 reduced 21.17% while Yuhua971 9 unchanged .(2) By compa-ring with the control, Fv /Fm of Jihua4 reduced 1.71% and Yuhua971 9 unaffected.The high temper-ature made the water content and chlorophyll of Yuhua971 9 increased 0.78% and 33.89% respective-ly.The carotenoids content of the two varieties decreased by 1 1.14% and 13.06% respectively, and the soluble protein content of the two varieties increased by 54.04% and 70.25% respectively.(3) After the high temperature treatment, MDA content of Yuhua971 9 and Jihua4 increased by 39.30%and 36.30% respectively, SOD activities increased by 28.82% and 30.84% respectively, but the CAT activities unchanged.Free proline content of Yuhua971 9 increased 81 1.23%.It showed that, the in-crease of free proline content in Yuhua971 9 effectively maintained the water content in leaf tissues and reduced the damage to PSII.This might be the Yuhua971 9's beneficial physiological responses to the high temperature.
