随着社会的不断发展，良好的身体和参加体育锻炼的意识已显得越来越重要。而这种良好的身体和意识的形成，主要取决于学校体育课的培养。“尝试成功”是根据学生的生理、心理特点，结合学生的兴趣和能力，充分调动学生学习体育的积极性和自觉性，培养学生“终身体育”意识，并为将来的工作和生活打好基础的一种教学模式。文章从理论和实践两方面对其进行探讨，予以充分的肯定且大力倡导。

With the development of society,it has become more and more important for students to have good health and the awareness of taking part in physical education exercise. Good health and formation of awareness depend on fostering of school’s physical education. Attempting to succeed is a teaching model which wants to foster the awareness of lifelong sport. At the same time,according to the students’physiological,psychological characteristics,combined with students’interest and abilities,it wants to fully mobilize students’enthusiasm in learning sports. Thus,students will lay a good foundation for future work and life. This paper studies the model from theory and practice and give full affirmation and recommendation.
