由于城镇化、少子化和独生子女化，农村出现了大量的空巢老人和失能、半失能老人。通过调研发现，大部分的农村老人认同居家养老服务，但又担心费用太高；农村老年人对医疗护理的需求最为迫切，其次是高龄老人、失能、半失能老人对家政服务的需求，而文化娱乐服务、心理咨询、法律服务等的需求不那么迫切；农村低龄老年人普遍不愿意在居家养老服务站做志愿者。为此，政府要发挥好主导作用，制定出居家养老服务的发展规划，创新和完善各项制度，引导农村居家养老快速健康发展。

Due to urbanization ,fewer children and the only child ,there are a large number of empty nest elderly ,disabled and semi‐disabled elderly in rural areas .We have found from an investigation that most of the rural elderly accept home care services ,but they are afraid of the high cost .Medical care is in the most urgent need for elderly people in rural areas .The demand for housekeeping services is in second place for the elderly ,disabled ,and semi‐disabled elderly .And the demands for cultural and recreational services ,psychological consultation ,legal and other services are not very urgent .Younger elderly people in rural areas generally do not want to be volunteers in the home care service station .To this end , the government should play a leading role , make the development planning of home care services ,create and improve the system ,and guide the rapid and healthy development of rural home care services .
