目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者自我效能的影响因素。方法2014年1~2月，从某社区卫生服务中心随机抽取372例2型糖尿病患者，进行糖尿病自我效能量表测量；采用单因素方差分析寻找自我效能的影响因素，将有统计学意义的因素运用多元回归进行统计学分析。结果该糖尿病人群自我效能得分为（99.02±16.06）分，59.9%处于中等水平；糖尿病教育、干预措施、医保类型、合并高脂血症为2型糖尿病自我效能的影响因素。结论2型糖尿病患者的自我效能有待改善，需加强2型糖尿病患者尤其合并高脂血症者的自我管理教育。
목적：탐토2형당뇨병환자자아효능적영향인소。방법2014년1~2월，종모사구위생복무중심수궤추취372례2형당뇨병환자，진행당뇨병자아효능량표측량；채용단인소방차분석심조자아효능적영향인소，장유통계학의의적인소운용다원회귀진행통계학분석。결과해당뇨병인군자아효능득분위（99.02±16.06）분，59.9%처우중등수평；당뇨병교육、간예조시、의보류형、합병고지혈증위2형당뇨병자아효능적영향인소。결론2형당뇨병환자적자아효능유대개선，수가강2형당뇨병환자우기합병고지혈증자적자아관리교육。
Objective To explore the influence factor for self-efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods From January to September 2014,372 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly selected from a Community Health Service Center and diabetes self-efficacy scale was applied to measure;single factor analysis of variance was conducted to fince influence factor for self-efficacy,then factor having statistical significance was analyzed statistically using multivariate regression analysis. Results Self-efficacy score of the diabetic population was (99.02±16.06) points and among patients, 59.9% achieved the medium level.Diabetes education,intervention measure,type of health insurance,and hyperlipidemia complicated were the influence factor for self-efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes. Conclusion Self-efficacy in patients with type 2 diabetes needs improving,and the self-management education needs to be strengthened especially in those patients complicated with hyperlipidemia.
