高位收水冷却塔具有明显节能优势,目前在我国百万机组火力发电市场中具有广阔的应用前景。集水槽是高位收水冷却塔回收冷却水的集水池,其结构设计的安全可靠对火力发电厂安全运行具有至关重要的作用。文中应用ANSYS有限元软件对集水槽进行有限元仿真计算,并用于结构设计,具有明显的技术优势和经济优势,可为类似工程提供借鉴参考。

The cooling tower with high-collected water has obvious energy-saving advantage, which shall be broad application prospects in the millions of units for the thermal power plant. The water reservoir is a basin for recycling the circulating cooling water of cooling tower with high-collected water. The safe and reliable structural design for water reservoir has a important role in the safe operation of thermal power plant. In this paper, the water reservoir was simulated and calculated by theifnite element software ANSYS, its result was applied to structure design. The method is obvious advantage in technology and economy, which shall be referred by the similar project.
