国外某电厂重油冷却器10#钢换热管使用10个月即发生腐蚀穿孔泄露。通过对腐蚀穿孔换热管管样进行内外表面宏观及微观腐蚀检测、腐蚀产物化学成分分析、电化学试验分析、腐蚀原因分析,认为换热管10#钢外表面垢下腐蚀穿孔是造成换热管泄露的重要原因。对此,建议在冷却水中添加阻垢缓蚀剂,以阻止换热管外表面结垢,引起垢下腐蚀;换热管采用耐腐蚀性能较好的TP316不锈钢。

The 10# steel exchange heat tube in a heavy oil cooler was corroded and leakage happened only after ten months’ operation. Based on a series of tests on the corroded tube, such as macroscopic and microcosmic corrosion examination, corrosion product’s chemical composition analysis, electric chemistry test analysis, corrosion reason analysis. The corrosion under scale in the 10# steel exchange heat tube outside is considered as the main reason for tube leakage. Thus, to prevent the exchange heat tube outside from scale and corrosion, it is suggested that the anti-scaling corrosion inhibitor is added to the cooling water and the TP316 stainless which corrosion resisting performance is better is used for the tube.
