目的:探讨彩色超声造影对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的诊断价值。方法2011年2月~2014年8月,选择在本院住院治疗的颈动脉粥样硬化斑块患者120例作为治疗组,同期选择在本院进行健康体检的120例作为对照组,两组都进行常规超声与彩色超声造影检测,对比与观察两组的常规超声与彩色超声造影参数。结果治疗组的IMT值为(1.06±0.32)mm,对照组为(0.75±0.15)mm,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的EDV值明显低于对照组,RI值明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论彩色超声造影在颈动脉粥样硬化斑块诊断中能有效显示血流情况与造影变化,具有临床应用价值。

목적:탐토채색초성조영대경동맥죽양경화반괴적진단개치。방법2011년2월~2014년8월,선택재본원주원치료적경동맥죽양경화반괴환자120례작위치료조,동기선택재본원진행건강체검적120례작위대조조,량조도진행상규초성여채색초성조영검측,대비여관찰량조적상규초성여채색초성조영삼수。결과치료조적IMT치위(1.06±0.32)mm,대조조위(0.75±0.15)mm,조간차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료조적EDV치명현저우대조조,RI치명현고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론채색초성조영재경동맥죽양경화반괴진단중능유효현시혈류정황여조영변화,구유림상응용개치。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of color ultrasound contrast for carotid atherosclerotic plaque. Methods 120 hospitalized patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaque treated in our hospital from February 2011 to August 2014 were selected as treatment group.120 subjects received physical examination in our hospital at the same period were selected as control group.Both groups were given the examination of regular ultrasound and color ultra-sound contrast.Parameters of regular ultrasound and color ultrasound contrast were compared and observed between two groups. Results IMT value in treatment group was (1.06±0.32) mm, and the value was (0.75±0.15) mm in control group, and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05).EDV value in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group,and RI value was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Color ultrasound contrast in the diagnosis of carotid atherosclerotic plaque can effectively show the conditions of blood flow and changes of ultra-sound contrast,and has clinical application value.
