目的:分析经皮椎体成形术治疗高龄胸腰椎压缩性骨折的效果。方法选取2013年6月~2014年10月本院收治的30例高龄胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者的临床资料,按照不同的治疗方法,将患者分为治疗组与对照组,各15例。治疗组采用经皮椎体成形术治疗,对照组采用非手术治疗,比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗组治疗后的FIM评分、VAS评分改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05);患者椎体高度丢失、伤椎前后缘高度恢复、Cobb角矫正情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经皮椎体成形术治疗高龄胸腰椎压缩性骨折有利于缓解患者的疼痛反应,改善其躯体功能,值得临床推广。

목적:분석경피추체성형술치료고령흉요추압축성골절적효과。방법선취2013년6월~2014년10월본원수치적30례고령흉요추압축성골절환자적림상자료,안조불동적치료방법,장환자분위치료조여대조조,각15례。치료조채용경피추체성형술치료,대조조채용비수술치료,비교량조적림상효과。결과치료조치료후적FIM평분、VAS평분개선정황명현우우대조조(P<0.05);환자추체고도주실、상추전후연고도회복、Cobb각교정정황명현우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론경피추체성형술치료고령흉요추압축성골절유리우완해환자적동통반응,개선기구체공능,치득림상추엄。
Objective To analyze the effect of percutaneous vertebroplasty treating senile compression fracture of thora-columbar vertebrae. Methods Clinical data of 30 cases with senile compression fracture of thoracolumbar vertebrae ad-mitted into our hospital from June 2013 to October 2014 were selected.According to different therapeutic methods,they were evenly divided into treatment group and control group.In treatment group,percutaneous vertebroplasty was provid-ed,while in the control group,non-surgical treatment was applied.The clinical effect between two groups was compared. Results Improvement of FIM score and visual analogue scale (VAS) score in treatment group after treatment was obvi-ously better than that of control group respectively (P<0.05);vertebral height loss,restoration of anterior and posterior edge height in injured vertebra and correction of Cobb angle in treatment group was obviously better than that of con-trol group respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion Percutaneous vertebroplasty treating senile compression fracture of thora-columbar vertebrae is beneficial to alleviating pain reaction and improving physical function,which is worthy of clinical expansion.
