信息技术促进了广播电视网络的发展，其规模日益扩大，如何有效地进行工程管理是值得研究的课题。目前GI S （地理信息系统）在各个领域得到广泛应用，为此结合成熟的GI S 技术对嘉兴广电网络资源管理系统的业务流程进行了改造，经过应用可以看出，该系统不仅方便了工程管理，而且降低了运营成本，取得明显效果。
