The main synthesis methods of conjugated linoleic acid glycerides are chemical method and enzymat-ic method and the separation and purification methods of conjugated linoleic acid glycerides include supercriti-cal CO2 extraction and molecular distillation. The synthesis, separation and purification and storage stability of conjugated linoleic acid glycerides were summerized. It was proposed that it was necessary to develop an envi-ronmental protecting and low cost method for synthesizing conjugated linoleic acid glycerides.
