Paeonia delavayi seed oil%supercritical CO2 extraction%orthogonal experiment%fatty acid composition
以滇牡丹籽为原料,以萃取率为指标,用正交实验法分析讨论超临界CO2萃取过程中萃取时间、萃取温度、萃取压力及CO2流量对滇牡丹籽油萃取率的影响。采用GC-MS技术对滇牡丹籽油脂肪酸成分进行分析,并与栽培品种凤丹牡丹籽油的脂肪酸成分进行比较。结果表明:超临界CO2萃取滇牡丹籽油的最佳工艺条件为萃取时间60 min、萃取温度40℃、萃取压力45 MPa、CO2流量20 kg/h,在此条件下滇牡丹籽油萃取率为27.34%。滇牡丹籽油中不饱和脂肪酸的含量为89.34%,其中亚麻酸72.26%,亚油酸14.25%。滇牡丹籽油中不饱和脂肪酸的含量与凤丹牡丹籽油的很接近,然而其亚麻酸、油酸的含量高于凤丹牡丹籽油的。

Using Paeonia delavayi seed as raw material and extraction rate as index,the effects of extrac-tion time,extraction pressure,extraction temperature and flow rate of CO2 on extraction rate of Paeonia delavayi seed oil by supercritical CO2 were studied by orthogonal experiment. The fatty acid composition of Paeonia delavayi seed oil was analyzed by GC-MS and compared with the Paeonia ostii Fengdan seed oil. The results showed that the optimal supercritical CO2 extraction conditions of Paeonia delavayi seed oil were obtained as follows:extraction time 60 min,extraction temperature 40℃,extraction pressure 45 MPa and flow rate of CO2 20 kg/h . Under these conditions,the extraction rate of Paeonia delavayi seed oil was 27 . 34%. The content of unsaturated fatty acids in Paeonia delavayi seed oil was 89 . 34%, in which the contents of linoleic acid and linolenic acid were 14. 25% and 72. 26%,respectively. The con-tent of unsaturated fatty acids in Paeonia delavayi seed oil was close to Paeonia ostii Fengdan seed oil, while the contents of linolenic acid and oleic acid in Paeonia delavayi seed oil were higher.
