针对海况、大气波导、海浪杂波等环境因素对舰舰导弹武器系统作战效能的影响,采用层次分析法构建了舰舰导弹武器系统作战环境指数的层次结构,同时量化了各目标层的有关因子,确定了各目标层的权重,并建立了舰舰导弹武器系统作战环境指数的评估方法。经算例分析表明:该方法能够评估复杂环境条件对舰舰导弹作战效能的影响,为舰舰导弹的作战使用提供辅助决策支持。
針對海況、大氣波導、海浪雜波等環境因素對艦艦導彈武器繫統作戰效能的影響,採用層次分析法構建瞭艦艦導彈武器繫統作戰環境指數的層次結構,同時量化瞭各目標層的有關因子,確定瞭各目標層的權重,併建立瞭艦艦導彈武器繫統作戰環境指數的評估方法。經算例分析錶明:該方法能夠評估複雜環境條件對艦艦導彈作戰效能的影響,為艦艦導彈的作戰使用提供輔助決策支持。

Considering the effects on ship to ship missile system of these environment factors such as the impact of state of sea,atmospheric duct and sea clutter,a ship to ship missile system operational environment index hierarchy is established based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP),and each target layer factors are quantified at the same time.The weight of each target layer is determined and the evaluation method of ship to ship missile system operational environment index is established.The practical analysis results show that the method is capable of evaluating the influence of operational ef-ficiency of ship to ship missile under the complex environment and provides an auxiliary decision sup-port on ship to ship missile operation.
