目的：探讨 KAI1在甲状腺乳头状癌（PTC）的表达及临床意义。方法用免疫组化方法（SABC）分别检测58例甲状腺乳头状癌、30例甲状腺腺瘤和20例正常甲状腺组织中 KAI1的表达。结果 KAI1在 PTC 中呈阳性或强阳性表达，甲状腺腺瘤中呈阳性或弱阳性表达，正常甲状腺组织中呈弱阳性或阴性表达，PTC 中 KAI1的表达显著高于甲状腺腺瘤和正常甲状腺组织，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0.01）。KAI1的表达在伴淋巴结转移 PTC 中显著低于无淋巴结转移的 PTC，差异有统计学意义（ P ＜0.01）。结论 KAI1的异常表达可能在 PTC 的发生发展过程中发挥重要作用。

목적：탐토 KAI1재갑상선유두상암（PTC）적표체급림상의의。방법용면역조화방법（SABC）분별검측58례갑상선유두상암、30례갑상선선류화20례정상갑상선조직중 KAI1적표체。결과 KAI1재 PTC 중정양성혹강양성표체，갑상선선류중정양성혹약양성표체，정상갑상선조직중정약양성혹음성표체，PTC 중 KAI1적표체현저고우갑상선선류화정상갑상선조직，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0.01）。KAI1적표체재반림파결전이 PTC 중현저저우무림파결전이적 PTC，차이유통계학의의（ P ＜0.01）。결론 KAI1적이상표체가능재 PTC 적발생발전과정중발휘중요작용。
Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of KAI1 in papillary thyroid cancer(PTC). Methods The expressions of KAI1 in 58 cases PTC、30 cases thyroid adenoma and 20 cases normal thyroid tissue were detected by the immuno - histo-chemical method of SABC. Results KAI1 protein showed positive or strong positive in PTC,positive or weakly positive expression in thyroid adenoma,and negative or weak positive in normal thyroid tissue. The expression levels of KAI1 in PTC higher than that of thyroid adenoma and normal thyroid tissue,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 01). The expression levels of KAI1 in PTC with lymph node metastasis is significantly lower than that of PTC with non - lymph node metastasis(P < 0. 01). Conclusion The abnormal expression of KAI1 maybe play an important role in development process of PTC.
