针对传统散射链路规划的可视化程度和准确性差的问题,提出了一种基于三维地理信息系统( Geographic Information System, GIS)的散射链路规划方法。介绍了散射链路传播损耗模型,分析了地形因素对散射链路损耗计算的影响。讨论了三维GIS平台的特点和应用方向,并选择适合软件实现一款三维GIS平台。给出了基于三维GIS的散射链路规划技术的实现步骤和关键因素,通过与传统方法的比较证明了该预测方法的准确性。

In this paper, a troposcatter link planning method based on 3D GIS is proposed for improving the visualization and accuracy of troposcatter link planning. The troposcatter link propagation loss model is introduced, and the impact of terrain on troposcatter link loss computation is analyzed.The characteristics and application of 3D GIS platform is recommended,a suited 3D GIS software is selected. The technical implementation procedures and key factors of troposcatter link planning method are given. The accuracy of the proposed method is proved by comparing with the traditional method.
