某轴流转桨式水轮机转轮缸体排油阀密封形式和丝堵结构设计不合理,导致安装后出现漏油现象。通过对排油阀与丝堵的密封形式和丝堵结构的改进,解决了丝堵无法达到预紧力和密封断裂等问题。实际应用表明,改进后的密封结构解决了缸体漏油问题,排油阀丝堵可以容易地紧固到设计扭矩,并且拆装方便。
某軸流轉槳式水輪機轉輪缸體排油閥密封形式和絲堵結構設計不閤理,導緻安裝後齣現漏油現象。通過對排油閥與絲堵的密封形式和絲堵結構的改進,解決瞭絲堵無法達到預緊力和密封斷裂等問題。實際應用錶明,改進後的密封結構解決瞭缸體漏油問題,排油閥絲堵可以容易地緊固到設計扭矩,併且拆裝方便。

The sealing plug type and the structural design of cylinder oil discharge valve of runner of a Kaplan turbine were unreasonable,oil leakage phenomenon was caused after the installation.The discharge valve and plug of sealing type and plug structure of the Kaplan turbine were improved,the problems were solved of the plug unable to reach pretightening force and sealing fracture.The practical application shows that the improved sealing structure can prevent the cylinder oil leakage,the plug of discharge oil valve can be easily tightened to designed torque and is easy for disassembly and disas?sembly.
