对成组技术进行延伸,从改善造船工装设备出发,设计出适用于曲面分段的柔性胎架,并对柔性胎架进行仿真建模。文中描述了成组技术背景下柔性胎架创新的设计思想,基于安全考虑,还对丝杠、框架结构、滚轮等主要受力点进行强度分析,在优化得到合理的柔性胎架基础上,对其仿真建模。本文研究将对贯彻和实施技术设计的标准化、通用化、系列化有较深刻的实际意义。

This paper extends the group technology, from improving the shipbuilding industry equipment, designed to fit for the curved section of the flexible bracket, and simulation modeling of flexible bracket. This paper describes the design idea of flexible bracket innovation group technology background, based on security considerations, the screw, roller frame structure, main points of strength analysis, be flexible tire reasonable billion frame based on optimal, the simulation modeling. This study will be to implement the technical design and implementation of standardization, generalization, seriation will have profound practical importance.
