在研究曲轴臂距差与轴线状态关系的基础上,采用 Visual C#语言,以柴油机曲轴臂距差为研究对象,开发一个基于臂距差法的船舶主机曲轴轴线状态评估软件,软件实现了计算曲轴在垂直平面与水平平面内的臂距差值和绘制曲轴轴线状态图等功能,以便于轮机人员快速、准确而直观地判断船舶柴油机曲轴轴线状态。
在研究麯軸臂距差與軸線狀態關繫的基礎上,採用 Visual C#語言,以柴油機麯軸臂距差為研究對象,開髮一箇基于臂距差法的船舶主機麯軸軸線狀態評估軟件,軟件實現瞭計算麯軸在垂直平麵與水平平麵內的臂距差值和繪製麯軸軸線狀態圖等功能,以便于輪機人員快速、準確而直觀地判斷船舶柴油機麯軸軸線狀態。

Firstly this paper study the connection between the crank web deflection and the technical state of the crankshaft axis. Secondly Visual C# language is used as tools, and regards the main engine crank web deflection as research object, finally has designed the data processing system of crank web deflection for diesel engine. The system can realize the calculation of crank web deflection between the vertical and horizontal sides, and draw diesel engine crankshaft axis state diagram according to calculation results. So the engineers can quickly, accurately and visually determine marine diesel engine crankshaft axis state.
