随着海上原油泄漏事故的频繁发生,各个航运公司及原油进出口机构,亟需一种自动化信息系统,能够分析和发布海上原油泄漏事件的相关信息。本文提出一种基于 OpenGIS 系统 DotSpatial 的海上信息分析发布系统,以海上原油泄漏事件为应用背景,分析在实际应用中的用户需求,实现信息收集、分析、发布和可视化等功能。同时,针对以往开源 GIS 中存在的问题进行优化,解决传统 OpenGIS 系统无法正常读取 RS 图像等问题,取得了较好效果。通过实际应用,证明了本系统具有较好的可行性与高效性。
隨著海上原油洩漏事故的頻繁髮生,各箇航運公司及原油進齣口機構,亟需一種自動化信息繫統,能夠分析和髮佈海上原油洩漏事件的相關信息。本文提齣一種基于 OpenGIS 繫統 DotSpatial 的海上信息分析髮佈繫統,以海上原油洩漏事件為應用揹景,分析在實際應用中的用戶需求,實現信息收集、分析、髮佈和可視化等功能。同時,針對以往開源 GIS 中存在的問題進行優化,解決傳統 OpenGIS 繫統無法正常讀取 RS 圖像等問題,取得瞭較好效果。通過實際應用,證明瞭本繫統具有較好的可行性與高效性。

Along with the marine oil spill accidents occur frequently, every shipping company an d oil import and export agency, is urgently in need of an automated information system, to analyze and publish information of marine oil spill accidents. This paper puts forward a kind of marine information publishing system based on the OpenGIS system DotSpatial. In the application background of marine oil spill, we analyze the user requirements in practical application, and realize the information collection, analysis, distribution, visualization, and other functions. At the same time, in this paper, problems in open source GIS is optimized, and we solve the problem such that traditional OpenGIS system cannot read RS image normally, which has achieved good results. Through the practical, it is proved that this system has good feasibility and high efficiency.
