尾滚筒是科考船上重要部件,对于保护4000吨级海洋科学考察船尾部结构有着非常重要的作用。本文研究尾滚筒的受力形式,利用 MSC. Patran 软件对尾滚筒在3种工况下的结构强度分析计算,得到尾滚筒在不同工况下的应力和位移分布图,找出尾滚筒结构的薄弱环节,为以后科考船尾滚筒的结构强度设计和稳定性分析工作提供一定的参考。并对尾滚筒牺牲阳极块的数量进行计算研究,为防止尾滚筒的腐蚀提供保护。

Stern roller is important to research the ship parts,it has a very important role or the protection of marine scientific research ship 4000 ton stern structure. This paper studies the stern form the stress of the drum,then calculating and analyzing the structural strength of the stern roller which was under three conditions by MSC. Patran software. geting the stress distribution and displacement distribution of the stern roller which was underdifferent working conditions. So we can find the weak link of stern roller structure,for providing certain reference for further research of the stern roller structure strength design and stability analysis work. Then computing research the number of sacrificial anode block to stern roller, in order to prevent the corrosion of stern roller.
