为探讨干摩擦磨损条件下含石墨转移层对摩擦磨损性能的影响,在45#钢表面覆盖含石墨润滑层,通过干滑动磨损试验,研究含石墨润滑层对钢/铜-二氧化硅摩擦副摩擦因数、磨损量及摩擦损(亚)表面的影响。结果表明:与无石墨润滑层的45#钢相比,含石墨润滑层的45#钢的摩擦因数、磨损率明显下降,且干滑动试验后磨损表面相对光滑平整,表明含石墨摩擦层起到了减摩降磨作用,抑制了金属的直接接触。
為探討榦摩抆磨損條件下含石墨轉移層對摩抆磨損性能的影響,在45#鋼錶麵覆蓋含石墨潤滑層,通過榦滑動磨損試驗,研究含石墨潤滑層對鋼/銅-二氧化硅摩抆副摩抆因數、磨損量及摩抆損(亞)錶麵的影響。結果錶明:與無石墨潤滑層的45#鋼相比,含石墨潤滑層的45#鋼的摩抆因數、磨損率明顯下降,且榦滑動試驗後磨損錶麵相對光滑平整,錶明含石墨摩抆層起到瞭減摩降磨作用,抑製瞭金屬的直接接觸。

In order to investigate the effect of graphite?contained transfer layer on the dry friction and wear behavior of materials, a graphite?contained layer was prepared on the frictional surfaces of 45 steel. The effects of graphite?contained layer on friction coefficient, wear loss and morphologies of worn ( sub) surface were studied by dry sliding test of 45 steel with a graphite layer against Cu?SiO2 . The results show that, compared with the 45 steel, the 45 steel with a graphite layer has lower friction coefficient and wear loss, and the worn surface of 45 steel is relatively smooth. The graphite?contained layer plays a role in friction reducing and anti?wear during the dry sliding process, which prevents the direct contact of metal friction pairs.
