考虑弹性变形、油膜黏性和可压缩性建立重载和偏斜工况下恒定流量静压导轨单个油腔润滑模型,采用多重网格法进行数值求解。通过与经验结果对比论证了数值模型的正确性,并讨论不同导轨面运动速度时,弹性变形和油腔偏斜对静压导轨润滑特性影响。结果表明:随着载荷增大,刚体模型和弹性模型计算的封油边膜厚与流量差异增大;导轨面偏斜仅对偏斜方向的封油边膜厚与流量产生影响,且不同方向的导轨面偏斜影响规律类似。

A numerical model was developed for hydrostatic guideway lubrication for constant flow under heavy load and skew with considering elastic deformation,fluid viscosity and compressibility to investigate effects of load and deflection un?der different velocity. The multi?grid method was used to compute the performance characteristics. Results show that the difference of film thickness and flow for elastic and rigid model is enhanced as the load increases.The deflection has influ?ence on film thickness and flow for sealing side,and the influence for two directions of deflection is similar.Generally,in heavy load,the elastic deformation and deflection should be considered for calculation of film thickness and flow.
