研究以“中国梦"阐释为视角，确定以什么样的视角认识民族传统体育，以什么样的态度对待民族传统体育，以什么样的思路发展民族传统体育。研究认为，我国民族传统体育发展在路径选择上，需要迎合国情走中国发展之路；在实现路径中，需要凝聚民众力量，群聚群策；在实际行动中，需要脚踏实地加以推进；在社会转型中，需要改革创新的时代精神。
연구이“중국몽"천석위시각，학정이십요양적시각인식민족전통체육，이십요양적태도대대민족전통체육，이십요양적사로발전민족전통체육。연구인위，아국민족전통체육발전재로경선택상，수요영합국정주중국발전지로；재실현로경중，수요응취민음역량，군취군책；재실제행동중，수요각답실지가이추진；재사회전형중，수요개혁창신적시대정신。
This study,proceeding from the perspective of“China Dream”,discusses with what kind of perspective to understand traditional sports, with what kind of attitude to deal with traditional sports, with what kind of idea to develop national traditional sports. The study points out that the development of Chinese national traditional sports , needs to cater to Chinese national conditions in terms of path selection, needs to unite people from all walks of life and strengthen cohesion in terms of path realization,needs to be down to earth in terms of actual action,and need to have reform and innovative spirit in terms of social transformation.
