目的:了解儿童保健门诊0~3岁婴幼儿25-羟维生素D水平及缺乏率。方法对2013年4月至2014年3月在四川省妇幼保健院儿童保健门诊就诊的0~3岁儿童1941例进行维生素D检测。结果0~3岁婴幼儿维生素D平均水平为(34.2±16.9)ng/mL,不同性别差异无统计学意义(t=1.46,P=0.14)。0~3岁婴幼儿维生素D缺乏率分别为3.4%、3.1%、7.0%、18.8%。不同年龄组维生素D水平及维生素D缺乏率差异有统计学意义(t=3.95,χ2=8.1;均P<0.05)。结论研究对象中2~3岁幼儿25-羟维生素D水平相对较低,2岁后维生素D缺乏有逐年升高的趋势,值得关注。

Objective To investigate the levels and deficiency of 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25-(OH)D] in infants aged 0 -3 years old. Methods Serum levels of 25-( OH) D in 1 941 cases of infants at 0-3 years visiting the outpatient clinics of Sichuan Maternal and Child Health Hospital between April 2013 and March 2014 were detected. Results Level of 25-(OH)D in 0-3 year-old infants was 34. 2 ± 16. 9 ng/mL, and there was no statistical difference between different genders (t=1. 46, P=0. 14). The deficiency of 25-(OH)D in infants aged 0-3 years old was 3. 4%, 3. 1%, 7. 0% and 18. 8%, respectively. There were statistical differences in 25-( OH) D level and deficiency of vitamin D among different age groups (t=3. 95,χ2 =8. 1,P<0. 05). Conclusion The level of 25-(OH)D is relatively low in infants aged 2-3 years old, and it increases after 2 years old. It is needed to do something to improve the level of vitamin D.
