随着跨航道海底管线应用越来越普遍,航道、水港等海域的抛锚作业对海底管道带来的安全风险问题越来越引起人们的关注。文章针对海底管道堆石保护方法,通过模拟实验研究了抛锚作业过程中海底管道的应力状态,并对其进行了损伤分析。通过绘制不同影响因素下管道变形的对比曲线,研究了覆盖石材、抛锚速度、埋深等因素对管道损伤的影响,并基于正交试验原理分析了不同影响因素对海底管道响应的敏感性。结合标准DNV RP?F107中的能量计算方法研究了不同影响因素对海底管道响应的工况,分析得出管道的最小推荐设计埋深。

Anchoring operation has impact on the sub?sea pipeline security, which is increasingly concerned at present. In this paper, according to rock armour protection method, anchoring operation′s influence on sub?sea pipe?line in the real marine environment was experimentally tested. Meanwhile, the response of sub?sea pipeline on an?choring operation was analyzed. Deformation curves of pipeline under different factors were compared. During an?choring operation, the influence of the material covering, anchoring speed, buried depth and other factors on the re?sponse of pipeline was researched. The parameter sensitivity of mechanical damage was analyzed on the basis of the principle of the orthogonal experiment. The degree of damage of the sub?sea pipeline was obtained and the mini?mum recommended design buried depth of the pipe was determined by energy method in DNV RP?F107.
