为保障某大型开敞式原油码头船舶作业和系泊安全,采用整体物理模型,试验测量了不同风浪流组合作用下,系泊船舶的运动量、系缆力和撞击力,并分别以运动量和系缆力为衡量标准,分析得到不同风流条件下45万t和10万t油船作业和系泊的允许波高及周期。结果表明:油船纵、横移运动量最大允许值取2 m较为合适;我国现行规范对10万t油船允许作业波高及周期的规定时合适的,而单横浪作用下,45万t油船的允许作业波高则可提高至2.0 m,对应平均波周期为8 s。

For guarantee the ship operating and mooring safety of one large?scale open crude oil terminal, the mooring ship movements, mooring force, impact force were measured under different combination action of wind, wave and flow in overall physical model, and as measured by movements and mooring force, the allowed operating and mooring wave height and period of 450,000 t and 100,000 t crude oil ship were obtained. The results show that the maximum longitudinal and transverse movement should be less than 2 m. The allowed operating wave height and period in current code is appropriate for 100,000 t crude oil tanker, while under the action of single transverse wave, the allowed operating wave height of 450,000 t crude oil tanker can be increased to 2.0 m, and the correspond?ing average wave period is 8 s.
