High fistula%Cause of recrudesce after having operation
目的：探讨高位肛瘘术后复发的原因。方法比较分析40例高位肛瘘切开挂线术和30例开放式瘘管全剔出术术后复发等并发症情况。结果治疗组与对照组相比，术后疼痛、尿潴留无明显差异，治疗组术后创口渗血较对照组多（P<0.05），术后肛门失禁和肛门溢液等并发症的发生率无差异，而复发率对照组显著高于治疗组（P<0.01）。结论高位肛瘘内口和瘘管盲残端处理不到位都是高位肛瘘复发的原因。

목적：탐토고위항루술후복발적원인。방법비교분석40례고위항루절개괘선술화30례개방식루관전척출술술후복발등병발증정황。결과치료조여대조조상비，술후동통、뇨저류무명현차이，치료조술후창구삼혈교대조조다（P<0.05），술후항문실금화항문일액등병발증적발생솔무차이，이복발솔대조조현저고우치료조（P<0.01）。결론고위항루내구화루관맹잔단처리불도위도시고위항루복발적원인。
Objective For exploring the cause of recrudesce of the patients with high fistula after having operating.MethodsTo compare and analyze the result of 40 cases with high fistula after having the operation of cutting and thread-drawing fistula and 31 cases with high fistula after having the operation of picking fistula totally and remaining wound open.Results The rate of complication of anus incontinence and anus overflow after operation are tied up between two groups, but the rate of recrudescence for treatment group are remarkable lower than contrasted group(P<0.01).Conclusions The failure to remove the inner-ora and blind stump of fistula are both the causes of recrudesce of high fistula after having operation.
