目的：总结手术治疗乳头溢液的经验与疗效，为临床治疗乳头溢液提供参考。方法对2010年5月至2014年5月经本院诊治的128例乳头溢液患者的临床资料进行总结回顾性分析。结果术前诊断：128例患者中乳腺导管扩张症59例，乳管内乳头状瘤60例，导管扩张症伴炎症6例，乳腺癌3例；术后诊断：128例患者中乳腺导管扩张症60例，乳管内乳头状瘤56例，导管扩张症伴炎症8例，乳腺癌4例，诊断符合率96.9％。所有患者均成功接受手术，术后根据患者个体情况进行为期4个月至4年的随访，中位随访时间25.2个月，至2014年9月，所有患者均无复发。结论手术治疗乳头溢液安全有效，复发率低，可作为临床治疗乳头溢液的首选治疗方案。

Objective To summarize the experience and effect of surgical treatment for nipple discharge, and provide a reference for clinical treatment of nipple discharge.Methods The clinical data of 128 patients with nipple discharge treated in our hospital were summarized retrospectively from May 2010 to 2014.Results Preoperative diagnosis: 128 cases of patients with mammary duct ectasia in 59 cases, intraductal papilloma in 60 cases, ductal ectasia with inflammation in 6 cases, 3 cases of mammary cancer; postoperative diagnosis: 128 cases of patients with mammary duct ectasia in 60 cases, intraductal papilloma in 56 cases, ductal ectasia with inflammation in 8 cases, 4 cases of breast cancer, diagnosis coincidence rate was 96.9%. All patients underwent surgery successfully, and the patients were followed up for 4 months to 4 years after surgery, and the median follow-up was 25.2 months. All patients had no recurrence until September, 2014.Conclusion The operation treatment of nipple discharge is safe and effective, and the recurrence rate is low, which can be used as the treatment for nipple discharge in clinical treatment.
