在肯定两年来吉首大学英语分级教学取得的成绩的同时，不可忽视所存在的问题。结合吉首大学作为少数民族地区的特殊性，以及语言习得者的差异性和复杂性，本项目着重分析了分级教学过程中存在的问题，并提出了拟解决问题的方案，以期提升少数民族地区“基础级”学生的英语读写水平，最后达到提高全体学生整体英语水平的目的。

재긍정량년래길수대학영어분급교학취득적성적적동시，불가홀시소존재적문제。결합길수대학작위소수민족지구적특수성，이급어언습득자적차이성화복잡성，본항목착중분석료분급교학과정중존재적문제，병제출료의해결문제적방안，이기제승소수민족지구“기출급”학생적영어독사수평，최후체도제고전체학생정체영어수평적목적。
The past two years have witnessed JiShou University’s glorious exploits about teaching college English by streaming the students,however,the problems can’t be ignored. In terms of its characteristic of minority,along with the diver-sity and complexity of the language learners,this study tries to work out some possible solutions to the existing questions in or-der to promote the reading and writing ability of the students belonging to the basic level,and to reach the ultimate purpose of promoting all the English learners’English level.
