目的：观察补肾活血方对于膝关节置换术后假体周围骨密度的影响。方法选取2013年1月-2014年4月行膝关节置换术患者52例，随机分配为治疗组和对照组，应用双能X线骨密度仪（ DEXA）观察术后两组患者术后2周、3个月、6个月胫骨、股骨假体周围骨密度，采用股骨远端4个兴趣区（regions of interest，ROI1~4），胫骨近端3个区（ROI5~7）共7兴趣组分区，记录收集数值并进行分析。结果术后3个月、6个月假体周围骨密度较术后2周均有明显降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0,05），术后3个月、6个月试验组假体周围骨密度优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P<0,05）。结论补肾活血方能提高膝关节置换术后假体周围骨密度。
목적：관찰보신활혈방대우슬관절치환술후가체주위골밀도적영향。방법선취2013년1월-2014년4월행슬관절치환술환자52례，수궤분배위치료조화대조조，응용쌍능X선골밀도의（ DEXA）관찰술후량조환자술후2주、3개월、6개월경골、고골가체주위골밀도，채용고골원단4개흥취구（regions of interest，ROI1~4），경골근단3개구（ROI5~7）공7흥취조분구，기록수집수치병진행분석。결과술후3개월、6개월가체주위골밀도교술후2주균유명현강저，차이유통계학의의（P<0,05），술후3개월、6개월시험조가체주위골밀도우우대조조，차이유통계학의의（ P<0,05）。결론보신활혈방능제고슬관절치환술후가체주위골밀도。
Objective To observe the impacts of bushen huoxue formula on periphrosthetic bone mineral density( BMD)after knee arthroplasty, Methods Fifty cases of knee arthroplasty were collected from January 2013 to April 2014 and randomized into a treatment group and a control group, DEXA was used to observe the tibial and femoral periphrosthetic BMD in 2 weeks,3 months and 6 months after operation in the two groups, The 4 distal femoral regions of interes(t ROI1 ~4)and 3 proximal tibial regions of interes(t ROI5 ~7)were divided, The data were recorded and analyzed, Results The periphrosthetic BMD in 3 and 6 months after operation were reduced apparently as compared with that in 2 weeks after operation,indicating the significant difference( P <0, 05), BMD in 3 and 6 months after operation in the treatment group were better than that in the control group,indicating the significant difference( P < 0, 05), Conclusion Bushen huoxue formula improves the periphrosthetic BMD after knee arthroplasty.
