文章通过介绍张勉之教授治疗肾病综合征临症经验体会。探析肾虚血瘀是导致肾病综合征发生的根本病理机制，肾虚为本，瘀血为标，常伴有水湿、湿热、浊毒等重要的临床表现，故在补肾活血的基础上还应结合不同的病症，加用利湿清热、降逆排毒等方法。此外临证时还应结合个体的生理、病理特点进行辨病辨证，调和阴阳，使阴阳平衡；升降结合，调畅气机。

This paper introduces professor Zhang Mianzhi′s experience in treating nephrotic syn-drome, Kidney deficiency and blood stasis are the basic pathological mechanism of nephrotic syndrome, Kid-ney deficiency is the fundamental reason,and blood stasis is the external one, Since the nephrotic syndrome are frequently accompanied by moisture,dampness - heat and turbidity toxin and other important clinical manifestations,methods like clearing heat,eliminating dampness,decreasing abnormal rising and eliminating toxicant should also be combined in different conditions on the basis of reinforcing kidney ability and activa-ting blood functions, In addition,physiological and pathological characteristics should be considered to bal-ance yin and yang,and regulate qi motion.
