焊接作为船舶建造中非常重要的一个环节,面对焊接质量要求越来越高,而优秀电焊人才难求的局面,发展机械化、自动化焊接技术,在目前尤为必要。焊剂石棉衬垫单面焊(FAB法),作为一种高效的焊接方法,比FCB更灵活、适应分段更广。特别是扩大了曲面分段的焊接自动化,在一定程度上提高了船厂企业的生产效率。
