针对船用脱硫塔流场分布不明而导致喷淋方式难以合理布置的问题,对其数值进行模拟研究。在船用六缸两冲程G128ZC型柴油机的额定工况下,当空塔运行时,对脱硫塔进行简化建模,使用Gambit软件对该模型进行网格划分。基于Fluent软件,计算塔内流速和湍流强度,对塔内气流场进行数值模拟研究。计算与仿真结果为塔内喷淋方式的布置提供了理论依据,为确定脱硫塔内湍流球的数量提供了基础数据。

Aiming at the problem of unreasonable arrangement of the spray method due to the unknown distribution of the flow field in the marine desulfurization tower, the simulation research is done to its numerical values. With the six-cylinder two-stroke G128ZC type marine diesel engine running under the rated condition, the marine desulfurization tower is simplified modeling and meshed in the Gambit software environment when the tower runs in the absence of spray conditions. Based on the Fluent software, the velocity and turbulence intensity of the diesel exhaust in the tower are calculated, and the numerical simulation research is done for the flow field in the tower. The calculation and simulation results provide a theoretical basis for the arrangement of spray method in the tower and basic data for determining the number of turbulent balls.
