目的：探讨产褥期乳腺炎的临床护理方法和效果。方法选取于我院就诊的产褥期乳腺炎患者，将其随机分为两组，观察组和对照组各45例。给予观察组患者常规护理干预，观察组患者在对照组基础上增加综合护理干预措施。结果观察组患者的临床护理总有效率和护理服务满意度均明显高于对照组，且差异均具有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论给予产褥期乳腺炎患者综合护理干预，取得了较好的护理效果，值得在临床上大力推广应用。
목적：탐토산욕기유선염적림상호리방법화효과。방법선취우아원취진적산욕기유선염환자，장기수궤분위량조，관찰조화대조조각45례。급여관찰조환자상규호리간예，관찰조환자재대조조기출상증가종합호리간예조시。결과관찰조환자적림상호리총유효솔화호리복무만의도균명현고우대조조，차차이균구유통계학의의（P <0.05）。결론급여산욕기유선염환자종합호리간예，취득료교호적호리효과，치득재림상상대력추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical nursing method and effect of puerperal mastitis.Methods Patients with puerperal mastitis were selected in our hospital, they were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group with 45 cases in each group. Given the observation group of patients with routine nursing intervention, the patients in the observation group were increased in the control group on the basis of comprehensive nursing intervention measures. ResultsThe observation of clinical nursing of patients with the total effective rate and nursing satisfaction were significantly higher than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with puerperal mastitis, achieved good nursing effect, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
