目的：探讨三七总皂苷（PNS）对实验性酒精性肝硬化大鼠的保护机制。方法选取健康雄性 Wistar 大鼠48只，随机分成正常组、模型组、阳性药物组、三七总皂苷治疗组。正常组不作处理，正常饮食饲喂至12周。其余三组在正常饮食饲喂的基础上给予50%白酒16 ml/（kg·d）灌胃造模。第9周起，阳性药物组给予安珐特21,6 mg/（kg·d）溶液灌胃，三七总皂苷治疗组给予三七总皂100 mg/（kg·d）溶液灌胃，2次/ d。连续给药3周后断头处死大鼠，取部分肝右叶组织切片病理检查，根据肝纤维化分级标准对实验结果进行评定，明确对照组肝硬化程度。结果与模型组大鼠比较，阳性药物组及 PNS 组大鼠肝硬化缓解。结论 PNS 对实验性酒精肝硬化大鼠具有保护作用。
목적：탐토삼칠총조감（PNS）대실험성주정성간경화대서적보호궤제。방법선취건강웅성 Wistar 대서48지，수궤분성정상조、모형조、양성약물조、삼칠총조감치료조。정상조불작처리，정상음식사위지12주。기여삼조재정상음식사위적기출상급여50%백주16 ml/（kg·d）관위조모。제9주기，양성약물조급여안법특21,6 mg/（kg·d）용액관위，삼칠총조감치료조급여삼칠총조100 mg/（kg·d）용액관위，2차/ d。련속급약3주후단두처사대서，취부분간우협조직절편병리검사，근거간섬유화분급표준대실험결과진행평정，명학대조조간경화정도。결과여모형조대서비교，양성약물조급 PNS 조대서간경화완해。결론 PNS 대실험성주정간경화대서구유보호작용。
Objective To investigate the protection mechanisms of Panax notoginseng saponins (PNS)on rats with experimental alcoholic liver cirrhosis, Methods Forty eight healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,positive drug group,Panax total soap treatment groups, Normal group applied no treatment,and rats were fed with normal diet for 12 weeks, Rats in the other three groups were given 50 percent of liquor 16ml/(kgod)except from the normal diet modeling, On the 9th week onwards,positive drug group applied AFT 21, 6 mg/(kg·d)solution orally,Panax notoginseng total soap treatment group received a total soap 100 mg/(kg·d)solution orally,twice daily, After three weeks of continuous administration rats were decapitated,the right lobe of liver biopsy tissue sections were taken,ac-cording to the classification criteria of liver fibrosis assessed results clearly controls the degree of cirrhosis,Results Compared with the model group,cirrhosis of rats in western medicine group and PNS group re-lieved, Conclusion PNS experimental alcoholic liver cirrhosis in rats has a protective effect.
