目的：探讨细节护理在新生儿肺炎中的应用价值。方法回顾分析62例新生儿肺炎的临床资料，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组31例。给予对照组患儿常规护理，观察组患儿在此基础上给予细节护理，比较两组患儿的临床治疗效果及住院时间。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为96.8%，对照组的总有效率为77.4%，两者相比差异显著，P <0.05；观察组患儿住院的时间也明显短于对照组，P <0.05。结论采用细节护理可以提高新生儿肺炎的临床治疗效果，减少住院时间，有着积极的价值与意义。

Objective To investigate the application value of detailed care for neonatal pneumonia.Methods The clinical data of 62 cases of neonatal pneumonia were colected and analyzed retrospectively, and they were randomly divided into two groups, namely, the observation group and the control group, with 31 cases in each. Routine care was provided for baby patients in the control group, while detailed care together with routine care was given to babies in the observation group. The clinical effects and hospitalization time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.8% and that in the control group was 77.4%. There was significant difference between the two,P < 0.05; the hospitalization time for babies in the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,P < 0.05.Conclusion Detailed care can improve the clinical effect of neonatal pneumonia treatment and shorten hospitalization time. Detailed care has positive value and great significance.
