随着海工产品在国内各大造船企业的转型与普及，提高海工产品的建造效率和质量，改善现场施工作业环境，优化设计和建造流程等工作迫在眉睫。特别是当下海工行业正处在寒冬期，海工产品的设计、建造提升与改善对于提高企业在国际和国内市场的竞争力都具有重要的现实意义。本文以平面流水线模式设计、建造的目标半潜平台项目结构分段建造为例，基于TRIBON软件为设计工具，对平面流水线建造模式从设计到现场施工流程进行剖析。

With the transformation and popularization of offshore products in the major domestic shipbuilding enterprises, it is of top urgent to upgrade the construction efficiency and the quality of offshore products, improve the operational environment of site construction as well as optimization design and flow for fabrication etc. Especially at present the marine industry is in a period of cold winter, the improvement of design and fabrication for offshore products has important realistic significance in raising the competition capacity of the enterprises in the market at home and abroad. In the article, the block construction of the appointed semi-submersible unit project which is designed and built by the plane assembly line model taken as an example, based on the TRIBON software as the design tool, it is analyzed the plane assembly line model from the design to the site construction.
