目的：观测狼肾Ⅰ号方与激素及环磷酰胺联合应用治疗活动性狼疮肾炎的疗效。方法设计单独使用西药治疗的常规组和中西医结合治疗的试验组，并按狼肾Ⅰ号方三剂量组实际设计，进行治疗效果，毒副作用及量效关系的观测和解析。结果综合疗效以狼肾Ⅰ号方加强剂量组（C 组）为最好（P ＜0．05）；毒副作用各组相近（P ＞0．05）；各组多项重要指标均有趋好变化，但以中西医结合组更优；采用两周期交叉给药的常规组，以第2周期的疗效更优，进一步体现中西医结合的治疗优势。结论狼肾Ⅰ号方与激素及环磷酰胺联合应用治疗活动性狼疮肾炎效果值得肯定。建议狼肾Ⅰ号方按每周5剂以上的剂量给药。

Objective To observe the curative effect of combination therapy with the wolf kidney prescription No.1 and steroid and cy-clophosphamide on active lupus nephritis.Methods We assigned conventional group with western medicine alone and two test groups with combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,which were given different doses of the wolf kidney prescription No.1, and then observed and analyzed the therapeutic effect,toxic and side effect and dose effect relationship.Results The comprehensive curative effect of high dose of the wolf kidney prescription No.1 group (group C)was the best (P <0.05);toxic and side effect were similar among groups (P >0.05);Many important indexes of each group were getting better,among which group with combination ther-apy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine was the best;With regard to conventional group with two periods of crossover admin-istration,the curative effect in the second period was better,which further showed the advantage of combination therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Conclusions The curative effect of combination therapy with the wolf kidney prescription No.1 and steroid and cyclophosphamide on active lupus nephritis is positive.We suggest that the wolf kidney prescription No.1 should be given more than 5 doses per week.
